Napier Gateway is a large, mixed-use development close to Luton Airport, occupying a 6.9 acre site.

J2 Corporation acquired the site in late 2015. Our vision was to regenerate the local area with a statement mixed-use scheme, creating a new destination for Luton and an exciting location for London-based professionals and young families. This is a radical change to the previously consented single-use commercial unit.

The development supplies 685 new residential units, a 200 key hotel, a private hospital, a vast array of commercial and retail units and Luton’s newest public park. The scheme gained planning consent in 2016 and was purchased within a year by Strawberry Star.
