Our specialty is sourcing, managing and providing investment for outstanding real estate developments in the UK and Europe which epitomise quality and enhance value for residents, investors and the wider community. Our diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors including PRS, Residential, Student Accommodation and Commercial Real Estate.
Additionally, we identify and invest in ventures within the health, technology and sustainable waste management sectors, ranging from early stage to fully established schemes. We have an experienced, Manchester-based team offering support with capital, mentoring and resources for each project, providing a fast-track to success.

Javed Hussain
Javed is the CEO and Founder of J2 Corporation. With over 25 years of experience, Javed has a track record of deal execution across multiple real estate sectors including residential, student accommodation, commercial and leisure. Javed’s meticulous attention to detail and flair for negotiation has built a globally diversified portfolio for J2 Corporation.
Javed also leads the origination and investment analysis of our venture capital opportunities. He invests time, energy, resources and experience into every project. Javed has built an exciting portfolio of investments across the health, sustainable waste management and technology sectors.
Shaun Jenkins
Having joined J2 Corporation in 2020, Shaun is the Head of Architecture and one of the key creative members at J2 Corporation, whilst holding accreditation from the ARB/RIBA.
Shaun is responsible for designing several upcoming major residential, commercial and industrial development projects. Since joining J2, Shaun has gained experience in other sectors of the building industry including in the role of Developer and has combined this experience with his existing architectural skills.
Shaun is currently liasing with Salford City Council regarding future proposals for a site adjacent to the River Irwell in Salford. Known as Irwell Gardens, this development will bring together families and create an environment that promotes social interaction and engagement with the River Irwell; ultimately creating a close-knit community.
Shaun graduated from the University of Manchester and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with Distinction.
Qes Hussain
Qes is the Senior Property Analyst at J2 Corporation, having joined the business in 2020. He is responsible for the financial analysis of real estate and development opportunities. Previously, Qes worked at Kennedy Wilson within the Acquisitions Team in London, focusing on Value-Add opportunities across the commercial, residential and logistics property sectors. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School.
Additionally, Qes is the founder of Mission C, an innovative development that strives to increase awareness, education and transparency surrounding the natural benefits of CBD. He has developed three lifestyle ranges, through consultation with leading scientists and health consultants, which are accessible and can help people to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.
Imaan Hussain
Imaan is our Office Manager at J2 Corporation, having joined the business in 2014. Imaan is responsible for implementing new office systems, providing support to team members, time management and working with local contractors to ensure all office supplies and facilities are maintained to an excellent standard.
Additionally, Imaan supports the graphic design projects of the Architecture team within J2 Corporation, using a suite of creative platforms such as Adobe InDesign.
Imaan has vast experience in office management within various sectors including previous roles ranging from Property Assistant at Clive Sall Architecture, through Office Administrator at Fast Track to Finance Assistant at Human Appeal.
